Gail Gower began her escrow career in 1984. After achieving the title of Escrow Officer, she decided to take a few years off to explore other avenues in the travel industry, banking, and retail which including managing an interior design operation. However, Gail discovered her heart was still in escrow and she returned to that field in 1998. "It offers the most interesting and challenging work," Gail says, "and there's nothing more rewarding than the feeling of helping people accomplish their goal of owning their own home."

Philosophy
I never forget that buying or selling a home is a major life event for each of my customers and can be very stressful for them. I try to make the process as smooth as possible. I'm available to answer their questions and concerns, I keep their agents informed throughout the transaction, and I focus on our goal of closing on time. Happy customers are my greatest reward, and when they refer family and friends to me, that's icing on the cake.
Personal
I am married to a wonderful man, and we have three wonderful grown children and one granddaughter who is the light of our life. My husband and I enjoy travel and have visited many wonderful places around the world. Each year we pick a different place, and so far we have been to the Figi Islands, to Hawaii 8 times, to Greece, both sides of the Carribean, London, etc. We have a trip planned for Italy in May with a couple of days in Paris. As a family, we enjoy camping, the beach, snow skiing, and water skiing. We are very close and try to do things together on a regular basis though sometimes not in the regular way. For instance, rather celebrate Thanksgiving with the traditional turkey dinner, we all went to Disney's California Adventure park and just had fun together! My life achievement award is having a great family!
