Philosophy
My ultimate goal as an Escrow Officer is to handle my escrows in an efficient and timely manner. I want all parties involved to believe that the process could not go smoother. Although my role is as a "disinterested" third party, I will accommodate Buyers and Sellers in a professional and courteous manner and will go the extra mile to make it an enjoyable process. I believe in direct communication so nothing is lost in translation or misrepresentation.
Personal
I am a single parent of two. My daughter is 23 and has given me two grandchildren who bring me joy every day. My son is 11 and a special blessing to me. I enjoy reading, cooking and crossword puzzles. I enjoy a good movie but other than the news, I couldn't care less about television.
Value Added Services
Although Pioneer Title Agency, Inc., is an individually owned Company servicing the rural areas of Arizona, we are underwritten by five Title Companies and can handle escrows all across the country. Locally in Arizona, we offer a two-day turnaround for our Title Reports which can really make the difference in a quick-close escrow and alert us to Title issues early on. We have excellent customer service for our clients. Our Customer Service Department is based in our office. We have a seasoned Title Officer in our office to direct our clients with Title related issues.
